Ok i am new to this game and i wanted to know what the best build would be for a ranger.I need to know exactly what all the skill lvls should be. Whats the best build for ranger. What powers to have. What armour to wear.I want a build that does the best damage also. Keep in mind that i only have 4.5k. Please help i know its alot to ask for but ur help is need

Ok sounds like you just cme from WoW, first good job, next skills dont have "levels", there is no "best build", http://www.pvxwiki.com has good builds. Next the best armor would simply be max armor, max armor for a ranger is 70, you can get it in, Droknars Forge (if Prophicies) Kienig Center (if Factions) or Consulate Docks (if Nightfall) and will cost bout 6-7k depending if it has expensive materials, just pick whatever looks best to you.

There is a stickied guide at the top of this forum which even has a starter Prophecies Ranger build in it if you had just scanned through it!

As with your Warrior thread: I recommend you play the game a little yourself, develop a build, and then post back here for criticism and help improving it. You will learn much more about the game that way.
